If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. This does not apply to products that are made to order, such as those from our Bespoke Collection, or customized through our Bespoke Watch Service. These products are final sale due to their personalized nature and are not eligible for returns or refunds once the order is confirmed.

To initiate a return, please contact Cluj Watches at general@clujwatches.uk for a return address. We offer free returns on all products. In the event of receiving a damaged item, notify us within 7 days of receipt for a prompt resolution.

• Prepayment Requirement: Payment in full is required prior to the initiation of any customization services.

• Non-refundable: Once the customization process has commenced, the payment becomes non-refundable.

• Acceptance of Terms: The customer's payment for the service signifies acceptance of these terms, affirming the agreement to the non-returnable and non-refundable nature of the customized product.

Bespoke Timepieces

Our bespoke timepieces collection consists of limited production watches that are manufactured on an order-by-order basis.

• Made to Order: Each timepiece is individually produced following the placement of an order.

• Non-returnable: Due to their custom and limited-edition nature, these timepieces are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has begun.

• Final Sale: The completion of a purchase is deemed as the customer’s acceptance of the sale as final, acknowledging the absence of eligibility for return or refund.

Products or Services

Our select products and services are exclusively available through our online store and may have limited availability. These items may be in limited stock and are eligible for return or exchange only in line with our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Our warranty policy varies depending on the type of product you purchase. Here’s a breakdown:

Standard Watches

• Original Warranty Transition: Customizing an original watch voids the manufacturer's warranty.

• Our Warranty Commencement: Our warranty starts from the date of purchase and lasts for 2 years.

• Coverage: Covers defects arising from the customization process.

General Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Additional Warranty Terms

• Warranty term: 2 years from the date of purchase.

• This warranty covers defects on the product itself. Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty.

• To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please email us at general@clujwatches.uk. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.

• Note: repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term:

• Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing etc.)

• Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification

• Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake

• Esthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; )

• This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

Claims (Applicable to Customized & Bespoke Watches)

• If you encounter an issue, contact our customer service team at general@clujwatches.uk with your order details.

• We'll guide you through the process to assess and rectify any defects covered under our warranty.

Discounts and Promo Codes

To apply a discount or promo code on your purchase, please enter the code during the checkout process. This ensures that the discount is valid and correctly applied to your order.

Any attempts to add a promo code after the purchase has been completed will not be honored.

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order we will send an electronic confirmation of your purchase to your e-mail address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order.

We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

Taxes

Our pricing includes the VAT that we manage on behalf of our customers, thanks to our operations in the EU which handle local tax compliance. Please note that all taxes and additional fees paid are non-refundable in case of a return. We will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.

Delivery and Cancellations

Cluj Watches provides shipping worldwide. All deliveries are conducted through reliable postal services to ensure timely and secure delivery of your purchases.

Our partners reserve the right to cancel shipments if items don't align with their shipping policy.

Returns

Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery by reaching out to Cluj Watches customer service at general@clujwatches.uk

• Ensure all items are packed as per the original package.

• The return label will provide information for pick-up or drop-off from the supported courier partner

Responsibility for Returns

Cluj Watches assumes responsibility for your returned items only after you receive a package drop receipt from your shipping company or postal service, confirming the package has been picked up and scanned.

Order Cancellation

 If you think your order is delayed and wish to cancel, here's what to do:

• Confirm with Cluj Watches that your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

• If the order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period from receipt. In such cases, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in accordance with our Refund Policy, including any associated return shipping costs.

• A cancellation is valid only after confirmation via email or phone with Cluj Watches.
